Important information

What kind of equipment is included in the ski tour package?

Our ski tour package includes all the essential gear you’ll need for a great day on the mountain! This includes skis or a snowboard (your choice), boots, poles and a helmet.

Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed?

Yes! You can make changes to your booking information (such as participant names, equipment choices, or rooming preferences) up to 15 days before the trip. Please note that cancellations follow a different policy.

Can I rent winter clothing like jackets and gloves?

Absolutely! We offer rental options for jackets, snow pants, gloves, and goggles. We recommend pre-booking these items to ensure availability and proper sizing.

What should I bring to stay warm in Whistler?

Whistler can get quite cold, especially up on the mountain. We recommend bringing warm layers, a winter jacket, warm pants, gloves, a hat or beanie, and thermal socks. Even with rental gear, having a solid base layer is key to staying comfortable!

How can I contact you if I have more questions?

You can reach us by email at students@discovercanadatours.com. We’re happy to help with any questions about your booking or anything else related to your trip!
